Customer services Executive
We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to work within the busy Customer Services team of its UK office in SW London. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wanting to join the European leader in online Loyalty programmes.
Job Role:
- Responding to online customer enquiries.
- Provide Inbound & Outbound Telephone Support to customers.
- Ensuring customer orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Liaising with the Sales Team when needed to resolved queries.
Essential skills / knowledge required
- Good communication skills, verbal and written.
- Able to share information in a clear, concise and well organised manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good organisation skills, team orientated, flexible and able to work to deadlines.
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
